Kim Casibang, RN, BSN
Medical Aesthetics
Kim Casibang is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She is certified in the injection of Botox®, Daxxify®, and dermal fillers, and has completed numerous advanced training seminars in cosmetic injectables.
Known for her gentle touch and "less is more" philosophy, Kim strongly believes in prevention and maintaining healthy, youthful-looking skin. Through aesthetic medicine-including Botox®, Daxxify®, Juvederm®, and RHA® fillers, Kim helps clients achieve their cosmetic goals with subtle, natural-looking results.
Susan H. Black, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Susan Black is a graduate of McGill University Medical School in Montreal, Quebec, and Tulane University in New Orleans. She has completed extensive injector training, including EPIC Injector Training and the Duet Injector Training Program.
Dr. Black is recognized for her light touch and skillful use of injectables and fillers. With experience using Botox®, Dysport®, Restylane®, Juvederm®, Xeomin®, and Belotero®, she has helped hundreds of patients achieve refined, confidence-boosting results. She also has a special interest in treating facial differences from genetic causes.

Kim did excellent job for me and for my mom. You can lie down and relax and trust her completely. She is a very professional in her field and knows what she is doing. When we talk about our face it is not so easy for someone to entrust their face, but I was calm and relaxed with Kim.

I hadn't 'seen Kim in over two years as I had pretty much retreated from the rest of the world during Covid. We had moved to Florida this past February but returned to NoVa for the month of July to visit our kids/grandbabies and friends. One of the first things I did was to make an appointment with Kim for Botox injections. Being old (75 yrs) and looking very tired I opted to add fillers on the day of my appointment and couldn't be happier... Kim is the BEST at what she does. I trust her completely ~ she does amazing work and is so personable. In the past I have gone to plastic surgeons for the same type of work but truly believe that Kim does a more superior job. The icing on the cake was this afternoon when my husband and I were enjoying lunch on the patio at a local restaurant when I caught him staring at me. When I asked him why he kept looking at me he immediately responded by saying that I looked really good and 10 yrs younger... Thank- you, Kim !!!

There's a reason PureSkin Aesthetics has 5 star ratings. It's because of Kim! I live on the West Coast and wanted to gift bestie with Botox. She lives in Reston and I found Kim on yelp. Getting older is not easy and as I tell everyone, Botox is my friend for life.
I read all the reviews and was hopeful that bestie would get the best care from Kim. It would be her first time and I needed someone who would be gentle, compassionate and able to address any questions that bestie had.
Kim was super responsive to my calls and such a delight to talk to on the phone! She is very sweet and answered all my questions. Buying a gift certificate was quick and easy.
Bestie got her Botox a couple days ago and was raving how great Kim was, that she was so personable and had the gentle touch when injecting the Botox.

At 59 I decided to give face fillers a go to get rid of marionette lines. Kim said the fillers would last 6-18 months. I'm now on month 16 and the treatment is still holding up! My bruising was minor and lasted less than a weekend. I'm super pleased with the results and plan to go back in for a refresh in a few months. Kim is a magician!

Kim has an artistic eye for balancing out my facial features! My first appointment was for under eye fillers, she also recommended adding in a little to my cheeks which was a total game changer! The results have lasted for nearly a year. My second appointment was for Botox and I have to say it was the best Botox I’ve ever had! Kim followed up both times about two weeks after each appointment to make sure I was happy with the results!
I treated myself to some lip fillers for my 40th birthday and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the results. Kim at Pureskin was amazing. She made me feel comfortable right away and explained the whole process to me. Seamless, effortless, from start to finish. Payment was a snap. The consultation and treatment from when I walked in the door to when I walked out was 30 minutes. I have been coming to Kim for the past year or so and I have been very happy with the results thus for. Back in May 2022 I went to her for the first time for Masseter botox. She was very informative and prompt, and she advised how many units to do on each side. After a couple weeks to a month she checked in on me, and I noticed I was still able to clench on one side and she was able to add a little bit more to that side. After the results starting kicking in, one month after my appointment, I was so happy with the look. My cheeks appeared less puffy and my jaw appeared slimmer. Since then, I have gone back for lip injections as well and she does amazing with those as well. I like Kim because I after visiting her 4 times or so over the past year, I noticed she's very organized, honest, and checks in on their clients to make sure they're happy with the results. I feel like I can trust her, especially after for her opinion on if I could use some cheek filler and she said she doesn't think I need it because she said I had high cheekbones. I was curious about it but after getting her opinion that I don't need it, I especially liked how honest she was. Overall, I recommend her to anyone in the Tysons area.

I will definitely keep going to her. Her prices are extremely responsible. Unlike Dr. Naderi’s and the Austin Clinic. Kim is a perfectionist and listens carefully to what your wanting and give you exactly what you ask for. During the procedure she tells you step by step her every move to make sure you are comfortable. She uses numbing cream and doesn’t ever use the dental block for numbing. Procedure didn’t hurt at all.
Always do your rest before going to places. But if you’re reading this. This plus is A1 two thumbs up and definitely a five star.
I love kim. She is the best for everything. I have been going to her for the past 3 years for lip fillers, botox, under eye fillers, cheek fillers and chin fillers.
